Bradshaw has ran for 1,000 yards twice in his six seasons, but has failed to stay healthy for much of it. He has only appeared in 16 games once in his career, and is not that explosive. He did have a great season in 2012, but he was on the injury report for what seemed like every week. Right now at running back the Jets have Mike Goodson, Bilal Powell, Joe McKnight, and John Griffin. I know that dosen't blow you away, but that core plus a rookie could be great for the Jets. The biggest problem with Bradshaw is going to be the money. The Jets aren't exactly handing out blank checks and Bradshaw may not come on the cheap.
While a good receiver, Bradshaw does not seem like a good fit in Marty's offense. Right now for the Jets adding a guy in the draft like Marcus Lattimore from South Carolina, Giovanni Benard from North Carolina, or Miguel Maysonet from Stony Brook. If I were John Idzik, I would not bring Ahmad Bradshaw on board.
