You would think after being benched, Mark Sanchez would come out and try to prove he can stil be a starter. Sanchez came out and played horribly going 17/35, 205 yards, an interception, and two fumbles. He looked lost in the pocket constantly missed wide open receivers. He finished the year with 13 touchdowns and 18 interceptions, with career lows in a few categories. This game should mark the final game for Sanchez as the New York Jets starting quarterback.
2nd Goat- The Entire Defense
No sacks, 109 rushing yards allowed, and no forced turnovers on ryan Fitzpatrick. After playing well recently, the defense got no pressure on Fitzpatrick and allowed a few big plays. The CJ Spiller touchdown reception was a prime example of the slowness at linebacker and should alert the new gM that we need some change. Stevie Johnson had over 100 yards and dominated the Jets secondary.
3rd Goat- Mike Westoff
In his final game as Jets special teams coach, our special teams unit continued it's horrible year. The Bills blocked two field goals, McKnight almost fumbled a ball, and we did not have any big returns. You would think Westoff would want to end his career on a good note.
