The best unit for the Jets this season has been the defensive line led by Muhammad Wilkerson, Sheldon Richardson, and Damon Harris. Thus far this season they have gotten a lot of pressure on quarterbacks and slowed down almost every opponents rushing game. If the jets shut down the run game, a one-dimensional Bengals offense could turn out bad for the Bengals.
2) Offensive Line Needs To Protect Geno
When Geno has had time in the pocket, he has been amazing. When he has been under pressure, turnovers have occurred. The Bengals front-seven is one of the best in the game, led by stud defensive tackle Geno Atkins. Rookie guard Brian Winters could have him, and with Nick Mangold a little banged up, it gets tougher. The Jets offensive line if they protect Geno, will be a major reason why the Jets pull off the upset.
3) Cromartie Needs to Try and Contain Aj Green
Rex Ryan is right, AJ green is the best receiver in the AFC. He is fast, strong, and athletic. He has had a terrific season so far with Andy Dalton, and Antonio Cromartie has had an up and down season. If Aj Green dominates this football game, the Jets may not have a chance to win this game. Hopefully for Rex, Cromartie plays like he did against New England, not Pittsburgh.
