Earlier on this week the idea that tEBOW WOULD PLAY SOME RUNNING BACK AGAINST THE Patriots was brought up. So far this season tim has rushed for 64 yards on 18 attempts with an average of about 4 yards per carry. He has also thrown 3 passes for a total of 2 completions for 32 yards.
Tebow hasn't found much success running the wildcat. He has been forced to create on his own due to the poor blocking on the o-line. It's obvious that in order to succeed like he did last year, he has to be playing quarterback. So should the Jets play him at RB? NO.
Playing Tebow at Rb would make his job even harder. He simply doesn't have the speed to create plays out of the backfield. I think the jeTS SHOULD ALLOW Him to take some snaps out of the shotgun sunday and after he drops back, then he should run. This is what he was so good at last season and I don't see why the Jets haven't noticed that yet. The only time I see the Jets using tebow as a RB might be on 2 point conversions because it is so hard to bring him down. Using him on plays like that would allow the Jets to put some extra points up on the board.
So what do you think? Should the Jets play Tebow at RB? If they do....how often? Comment down below to let us know what you thnk and look forward to a new video debate coming up soon. Don't forget to follow us on twitter @nothinbutjets FOR Jets updates all day everyday.
