News came out yesterday that Jaguars running back, Maurice Jones-Drew, is open to a trade. Jones-Drew has been holding out for a new deal and many think it could go into the regular season. The Jaguars owner, Shahid Khan made some comments, saying he isn't going to dwell on Jones-Drew's unwillingness to get to camp, and at least publicly is not going to entertain trade offers.
So, should the Jets be interested? Many have said that the Jets were interested in trading for Trent Richardson at the draft, which means they are looking at running backs. The price for MJD will be high, but the Jets should at least call.
