DeMario at OTA's
When the Jets selected linebacker DeMario Davis in the third round, many fans did not know who it was. He played at a small school in Arkansas State and wasn't expected to go until the fourth or fifth round. He was a tackling machine racking up 69 tackles and 3.0 sacks against much better teams. Many think he will be the future replacement for Bart Scott, whether this year or a few years. During rookie minicamps Rex Ryan says DeMario's leadership reminds him of Ray Lewis. The Jets really think they he is the steal of the draft. One NFL executive says that Davis he should be a pro-bowler some day and he expects him to be a starter for years to come. Bart Scott certainly realizes that DeMario is good, as he lost a lot of weight and looks a lot better than last year. I really believe as well that Davis was a great pick by the Jets. He can be so valuable on special teams and as depth in the linebacker position.
Nothing to do with Davis, just a funny video.
