Bills quarterback coach David Lee said this, "From every meeting I’ve had he’s been in all my meetings,” said Lee. “He’s a quarterback who happens to be a great special teams player and he plays a lot of receiver also, which is where he was used last year. But he still has a role at quarterback in this offense.”
Brad said, "“It takes time and a lot of work, so I’m very grateful for the opportunity to work on the craft,” said Smith. “It’s something I love to do.”
For a guy with a four year, 15 million dollar deal, he should not be a fourth string quarterback. If they want to designate him to one position it should be wide receiver. The Bills really don't have much depth and proven NFL experience at receiver besides Stevie Johnson. Brad is 28 so making him a quarterback might not work. If the Bills want to get Brad's full potential they need to use him all over the field.
