3) Eli Manning will throw 3 interceptions. What? 3 interceptions against a depleted secondary? Well, this is more of a bet against Eli, rather than it is on the Jets secondary. I expect the Jets defensive front to be all over the Giants offensive line, forcing Eli to make bad decisions. The Jets are a much better team when they win the turnover battle, so this should put them in a good position.
2) Odell Beckham Jr. will have more receiving yards than Decker and Marshall combined. The best player on the field today is Odell, and there is not much to debate about that. Beckham made another highlight reel play last week against the Redskins, adding to his collection of unreal receptions. Decker and Marshal have been great, and could combine for 150+ yards, but the Giants offense is going to run through Odell. The Giants lack the ability to establish the run and Beckham is by far the top option in the passing game. Expect him to torch the Jets secondary.
1) The Jets will win 28-17. The Jets-Giants rivalry is, well, not much of a rivalry. But these teams play for the same city and would love to stake their claim as the best team in New York. I expect the Jets to get off their feet quickly against a lousy Giants defense. The Jets will have some problems with Odell Beckham, but he is the only weapon the Giants have that is capable of beating the Jets.
