1) Fire Mike Tannenbaum and tony Sparano
While you can use the Revis and Holmes injuries as exuses, the Jets were not built to win this season. They had no depth and didn't put enough talent around Mark Sanchez for him to succeed. The guy responsible for this is Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum. Tannenbaum has been the Jets Gm since 2006 and has made some bad signings and draft picks. It is time for a new mind behind the moves for the jets. Tony Sparano is just in his first season with the Jets, but I am sick of him. His offense is so bland he does not know how to use his talent. Honestly Schotty was better than Tony Sparano.
2) Say goodbye to Bart Scott, Calvin Pace, Tim Tebow, and Others
Now at 3-6 the jets should really let their youngsters play. Guys like Demario Davis, Damon Harrison, Josh Bush, and Ricky Sapp could all be part of our future and should be on the field. Bart Scott and Calvin Pace are two guys that need to be cut. Both are aging and don't bring much anymore. A Huge key for the Jets this offseason, do not bring Tim Tebow! He is a distraction and has not added anything to the Jets offense.
3) Draft a Quarterback to Develop Into a starter Such as Tyler wilson or Aj Mccaron
The Mark Sanchez days in New York should be over after this season. He has not progressed and has not shown that he is a star. Likely to have high draft picks this upcoming season, the JEts should draft a quarterback in the first three rounds. i think you could go for a guy like Tyler Wilson in the first, but you could also go for Aj Mccaron in the second or third. both these guys could develop into franchise quarterbacks for the Jets.
