The last signing in the Mike Tannenbaum era with the Jets was former Eagles safety Jaiquawn Jarrett. Today he made his first real impact with the team. Jarrett saw the snaps over Calvin Pryor and prospered. He finished with 10 total tackles, 2 interceptions, 2 quarterback hits, and a fumble recovery. Coming into the game the Jets only had one total interception on the entire season. Hopefully Jarrett's great game gets recognized with an AFC defensive player of the week award.
2) TJ Graham
When the Jets signed Graham earlier this season we heard how big of a deep threat he is. In this game he showed it. He only recorded one reception, but it was a 67 yard bomb touchdown from Michael Vick to make it 10-0 Jets. Graham was also active on special teams, as he recovered a fumble on the Antonio Brown muffed punt. It was nice to see the Jets have a vertical passing threat.
3) Michael Vick
Since taking over as the starter after the Buffalo game, Michael Vick has yet to turn the ball over. Today he was very solid, going 10-18 with 132 yards and 2 touchdowns. On the ground he recorded 39 yards, moving past 6,000 for his career with his legs. Vick has been a great change of pace for the Jets offense, and he has really made you wonder what could of been if had been starting since week one.
