Decker was the Jets big splash in free agency, as they gave him a five year deal worth over 35 million dollars. Decker has been very consistent for the Denver Broncos the past few seasons, catching 87 passes and 11 touchdowns in 2013. He may not be a "1" in some people's eyes, but he gives the Jets a real weapon. Kerley has been the Jets best receiver the past year or two. When he was healthy last season, the Jets offense was so much better. He has great hands and is so reliable in the slot.
I do not think the Jets will cut a fourth round pick in their rookie season. Evans and Saunders were both fourth rounders for the Jets, out of UCLA and Oklahoma. Saunders out of Oklahoma is a speed guy, who can contribute in the slot and on special teams. Shaq Evans is a bigger guy then the 5'9 Saunders, and could compete for the outside job opposite of Eric Decker.
Both of these guys need good camps to totally lock down a significant role in this offense. Stephen Hill was the Jets second round pick in 2012, but has yet to reach his potential. Hill is 6'4 and has great speed, but just needs to put it together. Nelson was Geno Smith's favorite target after the Jets signed him in the middle of the season. If the Jets keep six receivers, both will most likely make the team.
Ford has amazing speed and is a terrific return man, but his chances don't look to great for making the roster. Before the Jets took Jalen Saunders, I had Ford penciled in as their return man, but with the pick it makes his chances of making the roster less. Ford has stood out early in OTA's, but will need to keep up the strong play to have any chance.
Enunwa has some good tools to work with, but was more of a project pick by the Jets late in the draft. He has great size and could develop into a nice NFL receiver. I think the Jets will try and stash him away on the practice squad, but another team may snatch him up.
Last season, these three guys saw significant snaps for the Jets on offense. Yes, that is how bad their weapons were. None of these guys have a legit chance to make the team, barring any injury to anyone else.
